We are excited to announce that Genelle Guzman-McMillan has officially signed a contract with the Lifetime channel to turn “Angel in the Rubble” into a movie! All we know at this point is that Oscar- and Emmy-nominated actress Taraji P. Henson, currently on the CBS drama “Person of Interest,” has agreed to star as Genelle. Anne Carlucci, who has produced 42 TV movies, has been signed as the producer. We don’t have a timeline yet of the production of the movie. We do know the screenplay is being written now.
