Tanya Brown is the youngest sister of Nicole Brown Simpson, who was murdered in 1994 along with her friend, Ron Goldman, outside of Nicole’s home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. Nicole’s ex-husband, former football star O.J. Simpson, was found not guilty of both murders.

Finding Peace Amid the Chaos is Tanya’s courageous and inspirational account of her 15-year battle with depression, triggered in large part by her sister’s death.

After a mental breakdown and near suicide attempt, Tanya checked into a psych unit where she learned how to cope with her depression and ultimately lead a happy and successful life. Her mission today is to help the reportedly 350 million people worldwide suffering with depression to find hope, and to help break the stigma attached to mental illness.

“Finding Peace Amid the Chaos: My Escape from Depression and Suicide” was published by Langmarc Publishing.

Hooray for Tanya for her courage to expose (depression) for what it is and for her effort to encourage others to shed the fear of weakness and seek help earlier rather than later.
